Who am I?

Hello, it’s great to have you here!

I’m Emma Louise Bennett, an ICF accredited Transformative Life Coach.

I’ve always had a deep love for Italy, and as a former languages teacher, I spent many years trying to balance my professional life with my passion for travel. But it wasn’t until I went through a period of personal transformation that I decided to take the bold step to leave my job, sell my house and move here, that things finally fell into place. In 2023, I made the move to Italy and began a new chapter of my life in Rome. I became ICF accredited and enrolled in a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology to deepen my knowledge and help others on their own journeys.

I’m lucky to share my life with my wonderful Italian boyfriend, Max, and I’ve made lifelong friends here. I love the simple pleasures of life in Italy—bobbing along on a pontoon under the sun, enjoying fresh seafood and wine, and exploring the beautiful Amalfi Coast or strolling around the cobbled streets of Rome living la bella vita!

Through my journey of self-discovery, I’ve not only transformed my own life, but I now guide others to find balance, joy, and empowerment in theirs.

My story is a reminder that transformation is always possible and that living a life true to your dreams is the ultimate reward.
